The Registrar (Evaluation).- (1) The holder of the Post of the Registrar (Evaluation) shall be an academician in the field of law not below the rank of a 1[Associate Professor]1 in the University. (2) The Registrar (Evaluation) shall be a whole-time officer of the University appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Syndicate for such period and on such terms 15 and conditions as may be prescribed. (3) The Registrar (Evaluation) shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
