Short title and commencement.– (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka State Higher Education Council Act, 2010. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government, may by notification, appoint. (This Act has come into force w.e.f.9.8.2010 by Notification No.ED 179 URC 2010, Dated:09.08.2010.)
