Chairperson and Members and staff of the Commission to be the public servants.- The Chairperson, every Members, of the Commission and every officers appointed or authorized by the commission to exercise functions under this Act, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act 45 of 1860).
