Act to prevail over other laws.- This Act and any rule made or deemed to have been made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law with respect to matters for which provision is made in this Act or for which rules can be made under this Act: Provided that nothing in this Act shall affect or be deemed to affect the provisions of the Acts specified in the Schedule appended to this Act.
