Other officers and employees.-Subject to the provisions in statutes, ordinances and regulations made for the purpose every other officer or employee of the University shall be appointed under a written contract setting out the conditions of service as prescribed by the regulations which shall be lodged with the University and a copy thereof furnished to the officer or the employee concerned.
