The Pro-Visitor.- (1) The Hon'ble Minister for Higher Education, Government of Karnataka shall be the Pro-Visitor of the University. (2) The Pro-Visitor shall, when the Visitor is absent, preside at the Convocation of the University for conferring degrees and diplomas.
