Maintenance of Sri Malai Mahadeswaraswamy Kshethra.- The State Government may by rules on the recommendation of the Authority or otherwise shall make provision for the maintenance of Sri Malai Mahadeswaraswamy Kshethra which shall include the manner in which the properties of the Authority including Sri Malai Mahadeswaraswamy Kshethra can be managed, the rates, fees or other charges that can be collected from the devotees, pilgrims, tourists and other visitors to Sri Malai Mahadeswaraswamy Kshethra for the various facilities that they could make use of in Sri Malai Mahadeswaraswamy Kshethra and for such other matters as may be expedient like power to levy license fee as may be determined by the Authority from the licensee or persons in possession of the properties of Sri Malai Mahadeswaraswamy Kshethra.
