Land deemed to be for public purpose.- The land needed for the purposes of a town planning scheme, development plan or an infrastructure project under this Act shall deemed to be the land needed for public purpose under clause (za) of section 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013). 20
