Dispute Settlement Mechanism.- (1) The State Government may, by notification, form a Dispute Settlement Mechanism consisting of such number of member as may be specified by it, to deal with the disputes against the Regional development authority or those arising in any manner in the Special Investment Region and brought before it or those which could not be resolved or settled by the Grievances Redressal Committee and Dispute Resolution Forum. (2) The qualification, tenure of office and other terms and conditions of the Chairperson and members of the Dispute Settlement Mechanism shall be such, as may be prescribed. (3) For the purpose of deciding the dispute, the Dispute Settlement Mechanism shall frame the guidelines, including the time frame in this regard and follow the principles of natural justice while dealing with the dispute.
