Bar of jurisdiction of courts.- (1) Save as provided in this Act, no civil or labour or revenue court or industrial tribunal shall have any jurisdiction in respect of,- (a) the registration of a Co-operative or Federal Co-operative or bye-laws or amendment of bye-laws; 1 [(b) removal of a member or disqualification and removal of a director or removal of the board] 1 1.Substituted by Act 4 of 2013 w.e.f. 11.02.2013.
