Apportionment of amount.-(1) Where several persons claim to be interested in the amount determined, the prescribed authority shall determine the persons who in its opinion are entitled to receive the amount and the sum payable to each of them. (2) If any dispute arises as to the apportionment of the amount or any part thereof, or as to the persons to whom the same or any part thereof is payable, the prescribed authority may refer such dispute to the decision of the court and the court shall in deciding any such dispute follow, as far as may be, the provisions of Part III of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act 1 of 1894).
