Repeal and Savings.- The Mysore Silkworm Diseases Control Act, 1943 (Mysore Act VIII of 1943) and the Mysore Silkworm Seed (Control of Distribution) Act, 1952 (Mysore Act XXXIII of 1952) as in force in the Mysore Area except Bellary District, the Madras Silkworm Diseases (Prevention and Eradication) Act, 1948 (Madras Act II of 1948) as in force in the Bellary District and the Madras Silkworm Diseases (Prevention and Eradication) Act, 1948 (Madras Act II of 1948) and the Madras Silkworm Seed (Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 1956 (Madras Act XXIII of 1956) as in force in the 1[Mangalore and Kollegal Area]1, are hereby repealed:
