Powers of the Committee.- (1) The Committee shall have power generally to do anything that in its opinion is necessary to do to give effect to the intent and provisions of this Act, except such acts as are specifically laid in the Act to be performed by other authorities. (2) The Committees hall,- (a) monitor the activities of the Board and direct the Board on all matters concerning to development of Shree 10 Kshetra Area; (b) approve annual plan and budget; and (c) approve expenditure above five crores: with or without modification. (3) The Committee shall meet at least once in six months at such place and at such time and shall adopt such procedure as may be prescribed. CHAPTER-IV OFFICERS OF THE BOARD AND THEIR DUTIES
