Application of Act No. 11 of 1974.- In respect of matters not expressly provided in this Act, the provisions of the Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Promotion, Pay and Pension) Act, 1973 (Karnataka Act 11 of 1974) as amended by section 8 shall, to the extent they are not inconsistent with this Act, be applicable.
