Short title, commencement and application.- (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Selection of Candidates for Admission to Medical, Dental and Engineering Courses (Special Provisions) Act, 2004. (2) It shall come into force at once. (3) This Act shall apply to selection of candidates for admission to Professional Institutions for the Academic year 2004-05.
