Meetings of the Board.- The Board shall ordinarily meet at least once in every three months. The Chairman may, at any time, and shall, upon the written request of not less than one-third of the members of the 1966: KAR. ACT 16] Secondary Education Examination 307 Board, and on a date not more than ten days after the receipt of such request, call a special meeting of the Board.
