Budget Release Orders.- Budget Release Orders shall be issued to each department, for the amount provided in the Budget Estimates for the Scheduled Castes 1[sub-allocation]1 or Tribal 1[sub-allocation]1 immediately after passing of the budget by the State Legislature in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
