Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of seats in Educational Institutions and of Appointments or posts in the services under the State) Act, 2022. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 01st day of November, 2022.
