Procedure for registration as an occupant.- 1[(1)]1 Every person entitled to be registered as an occupant under section 4 shall make an application to the Tribunal constituted under the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1961, 2[on or before 3[31st day of March 1991]3]2 Such application shall be disposed of by the Tribunal as if it is an application made under the said Act.
