Appointment of Executive Officer and other officers.- (1) The State Government shall appoint an Executive Officer to the Board and such number of other officers as it considers necessary to assist him. (2) The salary and other allowances payable to the Executive Officer, and other Officers appointed under sub-section (1) shall be met out of the fund of the Board. (3) The Executive Officer and other officers appointed by the State Government shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Penal Code.
