Appeal.- Any person aggrieved by an order passed by the Controller under the provisions of chapters II, III or IV may within thirty days from the date thereof, appeal,- (i) to the Deputy Commissioner when the officer passing the order is an officer not below the rank of an Assistant Commissioner; and (ii) to the Assistant Commissioner in any other case,and the appellate authority may pass such order in appeal as it deems fit. 26 CHAPTER VI REGULATION OF EVICTION
