Power to make rules.- (1) The State Government may, by notification, after previous publication make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions, such rules may provide for,- (a) manner of enquiry to be held under 1[sub-section (2)]1 of section 6;
