The Pro-Chancellor.- (1) The Pro-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Sponsoring Body for a term prescribe by the Sponsoring Body subject to other terms and conditions as may be laid down in the statutes. (2) The Pro-Chancellor shall exercise all powers of the Chancellor in his absence and shall be assigned any additional duties with prior written Approval of the Chancellor. (3) The Pro-Chancellor shall chair all the Committees, meetings and convocations in the absence of the Chancellor.
