The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation has been established under a Central enactment and hence the provisions of the Public Premises (Eviction of [1974: KAR. ACT 32 Unauthorised Occupants 754 Karnataka Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised occupants) Act, 1974 are not applicable to this Corporation.
