Local administration.- (1) Subject to the control of the Central Relief Committee and the rules made in this behalf, the administration of relief to the beggars in any local area shall be vested in the local committee. (2) For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act in any part of a local area, the local committee may constitute such sub-committees as may be prescribed. CHAPTER V INSTITUTIONS
