Disputes.- (1) If any dispute arises between the Central Relief Committee and local committees or local bodies in any matter arising under the provisions of this Act and the dispute is not amicably settled, the matter shall be reported to the Government who may take cognizance of the dispute and decide it and the decision of the Government shall be final. (2) No suit shall be entertained by a civil court in respect of any dispute referred to in sub-section (1).
