Appeal

Appeal.- (1) If any inmate of an institution is aggrieved by any order passed by any person in charge of the institution, he may appeal against that order to the Chairman of the local committee. (2) The decision of the Chairman of the local committee may be taken up in second appeal to the Board of Appeal constituted in the prescribed manner by the Central Relief Committee from amongst its members and the order of that Board shall be final.
