Central Relief Fund.- 1[(1)]1 In order to carry out the purposes of this Act, a fund called the Central Relief Fund shall be formed. This Fund shall consist of,- (i) subscriptions and donations; (ii) grants from the Government; (iii) the cess paid under sub-section (3) of section 31; (iv) grants from local bodies, and other private or public institutions; (v) fines recovered under this Act; and 11 (vi) receipts from other sources.
