The Probation of Offenders Act, 1958, and section 562 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, not to apply to persons convicted under this Act.— Nothing in the Probation of Offenders Act, 1958 (Central Act 20 of 1958), or section 562 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, shall apply to any person convicted of any offence under this Act.
