Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Karnataka Private Medical Establishments Act, 2007 (Karnataka Act 21 of 2007) for the purposes hereinafter appearing; 40 Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the sixty-eighth year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
