Restrictions on furnishing of information.- The Manager of the Private Medical Establishment may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, refuse to furnish the information, pertaining to the clinical records if he is satisfied that,- (a) the treatment or test or assessment has been conducted on the direction of a public authority and it has the first right to receive the information. (b) the report if made available to the person, is likely to cause injury to the person or his family members.
