Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order 1973 dated 1.11.1973 * * * * 20 NOTIFICATIONS I Bangalore, dated 25th July, 1974 [No. HD 124 PRM 68] G.S.R. 212.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Karnataka Prisons Act, 1963 (Karnataka Act 33 of 1963) the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the 25th day of July 1974 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
