The Commissioner.-(1) The Government shall appoint Director General of Prison as the commissioner of the Board. The commissioner shall be the Chief Controlling Authority of the Board in all matters connected with the administration of this Act. (2) The commissioner shall receive such salary and allowances as Government may from time to time determine.
