II Bangalore, dated 20th July, 1976 [No. FFD 100 FDP 76 (II)] S.O. 1874.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Karnataka Preservation of Trees Ordinance, 1976 (Karnataka Ordinance 14 of 1976), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the 21st day of July, 1976 as the date on which all the provisions of the said Ordinance shall come into force in the rural areas specified in Schedule I of the said Ordinance, situated in the Districts mentioned in Part A of Table below, excluding the areas mentioned in Part B thereof:- TABLE PART A
