Expenditure of fees received under this Act.—All fees and other amounts received under this Act may be expended for the following purposes, namely:— (a) provision for improvement of facilities for storage and handling of cargo; (b) provision for improvement of facilities for passengers; (c) provision for payment of expenses for the administration of this Act; (d) generally for such items of works and services essential for the efficient functioning of the port.
