Duty of Police to see orders issued under sections 42, 54, 55, 56 or 63 are carried out.—It shall be the duty of the police to see that every regulation and direction made by an authority under sections 42, 54, 55, 56 or 63 is duly obeyed, to warn persons who from ignorance fail to obey the same and to arrest any person who wilfully disobeys the same.
