Penalty for entering area from which person has been directed to remove himself.—Notwithstanding anything contained in section 61, any person who, in contravention of a direction issued to him under sections 54, 55, 56 or 63 enters the area from which he was directed to remove himself, shall on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, but shall not, except for reasons to be recorded in writing be less than six months, and shall also be liable to fine 1[which shall not be less than twenty five thousand but which may extend to rupees one lakh.]1
