Penalty for permitting disorderly conduct at places of public amusements, etc.—Whoever, being the keeper of any place of public amusement or entertainment, knowingly permits drunkenness or other disorderly behaviour or any gaming whatever, in such place shall, on conviction be punished with a fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
