Disclosure obligations.- (1) The aggregator or platform shall ensure that information on the grievance redressal mechanism in section 22 is easily accessible on their platform. (2) The aggregator or platform shall ensure that information on the dispute resolution mechanism in section 22 is easily accessible on their respective platform. (3) The manner of publishing of disclosure obligations by the aggregator or platform shall be such as may be prescribed.
