Registration of aggregator or platform.- (1) Every aggregator or platform shall register with the Board within forty five days from date of commencement of this Act in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The Board shall maintain a register of aggregator or platform operating in the State along with the name and designation of an officer notified by the State Government responsible for carrying out obligations under this Act. (3) The Board shall publish the register of aggregator or platform on its web portal as may be prescribed.
