Reports.- (1) The Authority shall prepare an Annual Report of its working for each financial year and submit it to the nodal Department of the Government along with other reports under section 28. (2) The Authority shall before such date, in such form and at such intervals as may be prescribed, submit the prescribed reports to the Government. (3) The audit report and annual report of the authority shall be laid before both the Houses of the State Legislature by the Government. 21 (4) The physical and financial performance report as per the approval plan shall be submitted to the Government within two months of the end of the financial year.
