The Pro Chancellor.- The Pro Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chancellor, on such terms and conditions as may be laid down by the statutes. The Pro Chancellor shall assist the Chancellor in all such matters required by the Chancellor. The roles and responsibilities of Pro Chancellor shall be laid down by statutes.
