Power of the Government to give directions.- The Government may give such directions to the Project Management Committee, Price Fixation Committee or to the Oil Palm Commissioner, as in its opinion are necessary or expedient for carrying out the purposes of this Act and it shall be the duty of the Project Management Committee or Price Fixation Committee or the Oil Palm Commissioner to comply with such directions.
