Failure to achieve the objectives envisaged/targets assigned.-Where the Entrepreneur fails to achieve the objectives envisaged or targets assigned from time to time by the Oil Palm Commissioner, the Project Management Committee reserves the right to review this failure in its meeting, and if satisfied, cancel the right of area allotment of such non-performing entrepreneurs, after giving a reasonable opportunity to the Entrepreneur to explain his poor performance, in achieving the objectives envisaged or targets assigned.
