Executive Committee of the Authority.- (1) There shall be a Executive Committee of the Authority to carry on day to day business of the Authority. (2) The Executive Committee shall have the power to transact all business of the Authority and shall report all important matters of the Authority for approval in the next meeting. (3) The Executive Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:- (a) The Executive Director : Chairman (b) An officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary : Member 9 to the Government nominated by the State Government (c) The Registrar : Member Secretary (4) The administrative and financial powers of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be prescribed.
