Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Nursing and Paramedical Sciences Education (Regulation) Authority Act, 2012. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint. (this Act came in to force w.e.f 05.08.2013 by notification No: HFW 217 MMC 2013 Dated: 05.08.2013.)
