6 (v) “University Grants Commission” means the Commission established under section 4 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (Central Act 3 of 1956); (w) “University” means New Baldwin University established and incorporated under this Act; (x) “Visitor” means the visitor of the University as specified in section 13.
