Establishment and Incorporation of the National Law School of India University.- (1) With effect from such date as the State Government may by notification appoint there shall be established, in the State of Karnataka, a University by the name of the National Law School of India University which shall consist of the 1[Vice Chancellor]1, the General Council, the Executive Council, the Academic Council and the Registrar.
