Execution of Contracts.- All contracts relating to the management and administration of the School shall be expressed as made by the Executive Council, and shall be executed by the 1 [Vice Chancellor ] 1 when the value of the contract is above ten lakhs of rupees and by the Registrar, when its value does not exceed ten lakhs of rupees.
