Appointment of Secretary.- (1) The State Government shall appoint an officer not below the rank of a junior scale officer of the Karnataka Administrative Service, to be the Secretary of the Authority. (2) The Secretary shall receive such monthly salary and other allowances as the State Government may from time to time determine.
